Linux

Linux is the most popular open-source operating system in the world. It is a very durable and reliable platform on which to run a web server. This is the base of the LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) web application environment.

iPhone Application Development

Kammyland Software is now building applications for the new iPhone and iPod Touch. These applications can be downloaded via the iTunes program, by looking up the developer title "Kammyland Software". Look for our application in iTunes in the very near future.

Kammyland Base

Kammyland Base is a set of developed code that is used as the "base" of our web application. These pre-developed components allow for an "on-rails" style development of our applications, hence decreasing time spent in development and cost for clients.

PHP

PHP is among the most widely known and applied web development languages. A technology that is entirely web-centric, it contains many predefined resources that are readily available for various coding needs.

Apache

Apache is the most popular open-source web file server. It provides a very durable and reliable environment on which to host web applications. Being open source, it also excludes the costs of other web server.

DHTML

Dynamic HTML (DHTML) is a form of HTML that allows web pages to have more dynamic options and, hence, be less static. It interacts very well with the javascript language, providing for better user-interfacing options.

CSS

Cascasing Style Sheets are a set of markups that allow us to define web page layouts and styles of the web page elements.

Windows

Windows also allows the hosting of an open-source web server and application environment in what is commonly called WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL and PHP). If you currently have a windows hosting environment that has PHP installed, we will be happy to build a web application for you on this platform.

Known as the New Era in web technology, Web 2.0 provides different categories of features from faster data access, to advanced user interfaces, to less redundant processes.

MySQL

MySQL is the most widely used open-source Database Management System. It has been popular for a tenure of time that has allowed for MySQL to develop some of the tools that high-end proprietary database systems provide.

Paypal is among the most well-known and trusted Internet transaction sites. Paypal has released a set of Application Programming Interface options for it clients to use. These API tools can be integrated into your web application.
